About Us

ACT3 was founded by leadership expert, India Gary-Martin. What started as leadership roundtables in locations around the world for senior women in corporate, government and non-profit spaces, has evolved into a sought after global convening for mid-life women and beyond.

The themes that consistently emerged from the roundtables were centered primarily on identity, health, figuring out end of career, and feeling challenged and often alone at a time of major life transition. All of the content topics at ACT3 are based upon real women, real talk and real need. 

The ACT3 Advisory board and global ambassadors have been guiding voices in ensuring the programming, format, and experience are best-in-class and second to none.
